Privacy Policy

Curasensus ("we", "us", or "our") is a pre-launch product. This policy explains what data we collect across all features currently available on this site.

1. Waitlist

When you join our waitlist we collect:

• Email address — to notify you at launch and send product updates
• Referral source — which link or ad brought you here (e.g. utm_source), if any
• Signup date — when you joined

We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties except as required by law.

2. Photo Votes

When you use the "Create a Vote" feature:

• Photos you upload — stored as compressed images on Cloudflare's infrastructure. They are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours. No human at Curasensus reviews your photos.
• Vote counts — when someone votes on your link, we record an aggregate count (e.g. "A: 12, B: 8"). We do not record which individual voted for which option.
• Share link — your vote session is identified by a unique, anonymous word string. Anyone with the link can view the photos and vote during the 24-hour window.

Photos are compressed client-side in your browser before upload (max 900px, JPEG format) and are never used for any purpose other than displaying them on your vote page.

Content Restrictions: You must not upload photos containing sexually explicit material, violence, illegal content, or other inappropriate imagery. You are solely responsible and liable for any damages, claims, or legal consequences arising from the content you choose to upload.

3. Abuse Prevention

To prevent spam and abuse, we temporarily store your IP address in Cloudflare KV. This data is:

• Used only to enforce rate limits (e.g. max 10 vote links per hour per IP)
• Automatically deleted after the rate-limit window expires (between 1 minute and 1 hour depending on the action)
• Never linked to your email or any other personal data

4. Infrastructure

All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers KV and D1). Cloudflare may process data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your waitlist entry or any vote session at any time by emailing hello@curasensus.com with the relevant details. Photos in active vote sessions are deleted automatically after 24 hours regardless.

We will update this policy as the product evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
